Mr D

Well, the news I've been dreading came today. Darwin has to leave for good on Sunday. I knew he had to leave eventually but my heart was hoping he would somehow be able to stay. I've spent a good portion of the day crying, trying to get used to the thought of him not being here. He is just so special. It's hard to explain. He fits in so well, and Paisley loves him. He is the perfect match for her. She loves him as much as we do. He is happiest little dog I've ever known. He is happy all the time, and it's infectious. You can't be down with Mr D around. However, we will all be desperately sad to see him go.

In the meantime, I am going to spend every possible minute with the poodles, and take as many pictures as I can. We will never forget him.

I wanted to get some pictures of all us before Darwin & John leave. It was a bit of a challenge, but we got some good ones. I'm hoping to get a few more later today. We had to call it quits yesterday - it was pretty exhausting.
