My Mom was spending Christmas in Toronto this year, so John & I were on our own. We still had lots of presents though! We got up reasonably early to get some stuff done for Christmas dinner, then opened out gifts. We got tons of great stuff, as always. Once again I didn't have a chance to get a tree, so we had to make do with the little gold one again.
There were a few of us who were staying in Lethbridge for Christmas, so we decided to have a group Christmas dinner (more detail on that in another post). We were doing the turkey, so there was a fair amount of prep for that. It had to be brined, so that was done on the 24th.
