GNO Feb 2009, & Jennifer's Birthday

Jennifer's birthday was a good reason for a Girls' Night Out! Carly's parents were in town as well, so Jay & Carly's Dad went to see the Hurricanes and Carly and her Mom came here. We had a terrible cake. I don't know why it turned out so badly. Poor Jennifer had asked for a specific type of cake (with boiled icing) but didn't get it. I ran out of time to make it. Maybe next year! 

Shawn, Wendy, Michelle, Melanie, Hester, Jennifer all went out dancing after having cake. Carly didn't come because she was pregnant, and having trouble with her legs.  I'll let you figure out which of us had too much to drink!! Melanie did not have a good evening, and had to be taken home early. Aside from that, we had a great time. We started at Studio 54, which has the cheapest drinks around. That may be part of the reason too much was had! We then went to the Gay and Lesbian dance that was going on. Since some of our friends are lesbians, it only seemed fair to go to a dance that would interest them. It was a great night. as always.
