The Trip Home

I think this piece of land at the side of the road with a tree on top is cool.

Pivot irrigator.

Stopped by a train.

For some reason this makes me laugh.

The black horsie is OK. He was playing I think, rolling around in the snow.

This tree is well known in southern Alberta. It's hard to get a good picture from the car though.

 Frank Slide in the snow.

Turtle Mountain

We passed Liz, Kevin, & Charlotte on the way home.

The big truck in Sparwood.

Saturday in Fernie

Jennifer & I ran into each other (not literally) on the ski out.

These 2 were cute as buttons, although they probably should have been on leash! I did see several skiers come to a screeching halt to avoid them. If you look closely you can see that the guy on the right has lost a back leg in the powder! So much snow!

The main hill

I always think the people look fake because of the bright colours.

Michelle in Melanie's boots, as usual. Those boots are Fluevogs, with about 5 inch metal heels.

Friday in Fernie

The horse stable is across from the big chalet. I love watching them. They often get a bit jiggy!

These are the condos where John & I stayed with the Bubel-Chalmets and Faulkner-Hansons.
